As part of the kickoff of the "Raptors Read to Achieve Program" we have been given the opportunity to attend the opening festivities in Toronto on Thursday October 15th. This is an attempt to link literacy with character education, and will give the students an up close look at their favourite Raptors as they will have an opportunity to see a Raptors Practice. Although the ticket itself is free, we will need to pay for the cost of the bus. If you are interested in volunteering in the trip, please leave a note in your child's agenda.
